1. Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing our website (www.safarsilsila.com), submitting an online booking, or paying an advance deposit for any tour organized by Safar Silsila Travel Agency, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

Reservations for both group departures and custom private itineraries are processed subject to seat and hotel availability:

• Advance Deposit: A non-refundable advance payment (typically 30% to 50% of the total tour package cost) is required to confirm your reservation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining tour balance must be settled prior to or on the departure date before boarding company transport.
• Pricing Adjustments: Quoted package rates are based on current hotel tariffs, fuel costs, and vehicle rates. In cases of sudden extreme fuel price hikes or unexpected tax changes, Safar Silsila reserves the right to adjust rates with advance client notification.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your tour reservation, cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds are governed by the following schedule:

• 15+ Days Before Departure: 80% of total tour cost refunded (or 100% credit transferred to a future trip within 6 months).
• 7 to 14 Days Before Departure: 50% of total tour cost refunded.
• Less than 7 Days / No-Show: Non-refundable due to non-recoverable advance hotel and vehicle bookings.

4. Weather, Landslides & Force Majeure

Mountain travel in Northern Pakistan (Karakoram, Himalayas, Hindukush) involves rugged terrain subject to weather changes, landslides, or road closures (e.g., Babusar Pass, Karakoram Highway). In cases of Force Majeure:

• Our experienced tour managers and drivers will alter routes to alternate safe scenic destinations whenever feasible.
• Additional hotel stay or transport costs resulting from severe weather delays, natural disasters, or road blockages are the financial responsibility of the traveler.
• Safar Silsila is not liable for flight delays or cancellations on mountain routes (e.g., Islamabad to Skardu or Gilgit flights).

5. Traveler Conduct & Luggage Security

All participants on Safar Silsila group tours are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow travelers, local mountain communities, and tour staff. Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their personal luggage and valuables throughout the journey.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly advise all travelers (especially international guests undertaking trekking or high-altitude travel) to obtain comprehensive travel, medical, and evacuation insurance prior to departure.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
